In the meantime, here are some frequently asked questions: My child has been invited to a Birthday Genie party...what kind of party is that? A Birthday Genie party is a celebration that involves imaginative play. We provide costumes, jewelry, light makeup, and other accessories. You said light makeup...what do you mean by that? Certain costumes are enhanced by a little bit of makeup. For example, the fairies get a light application of glittering eye shadow. Pirates may get a 5 o'clock shadow or a mustache. All makeup is applied with q-tips and they are only used once for sanitary reasons. The fairy and princess parties use teacups...do you serve tea? Most children don't care for tea, but we can serve almost anything you wish. Most children choose pink lemonade or apple juice as their beverage. What should my child wear to the party since costumes are provided? Girls should wear a bathing suit or sleeveless leotard underneath their clothes. Boys can wear anything they wish. How long is the party going to be? Parties usually last between 1 ½ to 2 hours. Are we allowed to stay and watch? We would love for you to stay and enjoy the party! This will be a great opportunity for pictures, especially during the certificate ceremony. I would like Birthday Genie to host my event, but do not see a theme that I like. Do you do any other themes? We are always adding new themes and would love your input! Like we have said, "Your child's wish is our command!"
